I drive out and fix it
Your driveway, your office lot, campus, the job site. Most repairs take about an hour to an hour and a half, and everything is tested before I leave.

Before you book
Does it cost extra to have you drive out?
No travel charge inside the core service area around Williamstown. For longer runs out past the 25-mile ring, I’ll tell you the trip fee up front when I quote you — never after.
How long does a screen repair take?
Most screens take an hour to an hour and a half from the time I open the phone. You can wait in your car, keep working, or hand it to me and go back inside — whatever suits you.
Will I lose my photos and messages?
A screen, battery, port or camera repair doesn’t touch your data. Back up anyway before any repair — with water damage or a board-level problem, nothing is guaranteed.
What if the repair doesn’t hold?
Parts and labor carry a 90-day warranty. If something’s off with the work I did, I drive back out and make it right at no charge. New accidental damage is a new repair.
How do I pay?
Card, tap-to-pay, or cash — settled on site when the phone is back in your hand and working. You’ll get a receipt by email or text.
Do you work with businesses and schools?
Yes. Offices, restaurants, contractors and campus departments can book one visit for several devices, with invoicing instead of card-at-the-door. Ask about a standing monthly stop.
